The first East London Libraries Festival takes place across the six
London boroughs of Enfield, Hackney, Havering, Redbridge, Newham
and Waltham Forest from 16 September to 16 October 2011.

The programme features approximately 70 author and celebrity events,
panel discussions, screenings, book-signings, and a one-day conference for
reading groups.
